In IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances firmware version 3.6.1.8 and earlier, the GSKit library path is missing which causes the TAM client to fail to initialize when configured to use both FIPS mode and LDAP over SSL. A special build (3.6.1.8n) was released with fixes for the GSKit library path issues. APAR IC57798 fixes this path issue in the latest firmware starting with 3.6.1.12 and 3.7.1.3.
